All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped, including a tracking number for your convenience.
In case of any delays in processing, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the products.
We offer free standard shipping on orders above Rs. 3000 to selected regions. Please check during checkout to see if your order qualifies for free shipping.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days (after processing the order) from the date of shipment.
International Orders: Delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions or third-party shipping carriers.
4. Shipping Carrier
We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver our products. The carrier used for your order will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most locations within India, and we also offer international shipping to select countries. If you are located outside our delivery areas, please contact us to inquire about possible shipping arrangements.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the carrier’s website or using the tracking tool in your order confirmation email.
7. Customs and Duties (For International Orders)
For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Meraki is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred during customs processing.
8. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Meraki is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
