At Meraki, we strive to provide high-quality workshops, handcrafted products, and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Workshop & Event Bookings

  • Workshop fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by informing us at least 48 hours before the event.
  • In case of event cancellation by Meraki, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

2. Handmade Products & Jewelry

  • Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will review the request and arrange for a replacement or refund, if applicable.

3. Customized Orders

  • Customized and personalized products are non-refundable once the order has been placed.
  • If there is an error on our part, we will offer a correction or replacement.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
